Frequent questions
The most convenient way to start is using your BakQ, with it and the application you can identify yourself and start using it in a few minutes, with a very simple process.
Yes you can use it. There is a procedure using a computer, in which you can use other digital certificates such as the DNIe. The application will guide you through the necessary steps. Also, if you wish, in the application you will find a way to obtain the BakQ online or to book an in-person appointment at a KZgunea center to help you with it.
No, NIK is a convenient alternative to carry your cards with you, but in no case does it replace them, so you will have to continue keeping them.
Unfortunately it is not possible, for security reasons the PIN is only stored on each person's mobile phone and we cannot do anything to recover it. You will have to delete the data or reinstall the application to re-download the cards you already have.
